Data Retention After Account Deletion: When you delete your account or request data deletion, we permanently remove all of your data from our systems within 30 days. This includes all reports, PDFs, images, sites, and organization data (if applicable).
No Data Retention After Service Termination: Upon account deletion or service termination, we do not retain your data beyond the 30-day deletion period. All data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Data Export
You can export all of your organization's data at any time through the "Data Management" section in your organization settings. The export includes all reports, sites, organization settings, and team member information in JSON format.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through:
- Account Deletion: Delete your individual account through your account settings. This will permanently delete all your reports, sites, and associated data. If you are the only member of your organization, the organization will also be deleted.
- Organization Data Deletion: Organization admins can delete all organization data through the "Data Management" section in organization settings. This permanently deletes all reports, sites, PDFs, images, and organization settings.
All deletion requests are processed immediately and permanently. Deleted data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your data before deletion if you wish to retain any information.
Account Deletion Process
When you delete your account:
- All your security assessment reports are permanently deleted
- All generated PDF documents are removed
- All uploaded images and files are deleted
- All site information is removed
- Your organization is deleted if you are the only member
- All account settings and preferences are removed
You will receive a confirmation email when your account deletion is complete. This action cannot be undone.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us:
- Remember your preferences and settings
